This XMG-80 Marble Gangsaw Machine is 80 horizontal blades with a main motor power 110kw. There are two huge connecting rods to link between the flywheel and the blade-holding frame. This structure enables the machine perform more stable. When in work, the flywheel makes the blade-holding frame moving back and forth along the guides. The trolley with four strong screws lift up the block little by little to feed to the saw blade.

 

The blade-holding frame sliding system is V-shape sliding pad and guide with constant lubrication. It's properly protected against water. The blade-holding frame slides on a perfect surface without lateral movement and vibration and grant the machine fast cutting speed and long lasting of diamond blades.
